At the beginning of our search, she took us on a tour of the neighborhoods and then matched our house needs with the right location. We were a fair distance from where we were house hunting so Leanna would preview and video potential properties and then share her candid thoughts and the video with us so we could decide whether it was worth it to view the property for ourselves. When we did make an offer, Leanna would structure the offer to give us the best chance of getting the house. She is an excellent communicator and was always quick to response.
